DNS time out

Good moorning all

First of all thanks for the panel its awesome, and second im very new to this panel so i have some issues trying to deplloy a webpage.

I added a domain i own and everything was ok, i installed dns manager, and when i tried to use the dns its gave by default on dns manager for my domain its throws me a time out when i search the website.

Forgive my english i hope i could explain the issue.

If you need to use your dns service on the public network,here must fill in your public network ip

So in this case if want to use the public network i need to change in the dns manager the A and www record to point ti my public ip too? and in the dns as you said set my public ip wich is 187.188.176.225
Otherwise if i want to just just my local network i need to configure all with my local ip 192.168.100.14 right?
