Access Node Project with IP

Hello, I have a node.js project that I am running using the website panel, I can access it fine using my domain after setting up the DNS, but I would also like to access it using the IP address, when I do visit IP:PORT I get greated with a 110 connection failed.

Hello, please add the ip address to the domain name of the site and try if it can be accessed? Do you have a port when you access the domain name, and you don't need to use the port if there is no added ip?
If there is a mail server installed, port 110 will already be occupied
