I have installed the aapanel and pointing out my domain. But my files are working from /var/www/html not from /www/wwwroot/codebns.com
Anyone can help me about this

Hello, the panel's default website existence is in /www/wwwroot. Check whether your web service is installed using the panel or self - installed.
You can change the default site location in the panel Settings
