Is there no way to reset settings remotely by the use of the aaPanel shop account? If not, why? The shop account is allowed to install whatever on the server, so why should it be a problem to remotely turn off google two factor authentication, especially when - as in my case - ssh is turned off for security reasons, and VNC isn't available? (Feature-Request?)

Hello, ssh has nothing to do with VNC. VNC is equivalent to connecting a monitor to the server. ssh transmits data through a network connection. VNC cannot be used. It is recommended to consult the provider of the server.
aaPanel cannot reset any settings remotely, the installation plugin is downloaded to the server and then the installation command is executed on the server
Google Two-Factor Authentication also can't be turned off remotely. You first solve the problem of why VNC cannot be accessed, and then close the use of bt 24 to close Google authentication
Is the server abnormal and cannot be used normally? Or maybe try restarting the server?

aaPanel_Kern , I did it. I found a way to connect to the server (no VNC, no SSH). I was then able to start ssh server, I was also able to connect through it and I was able to execute bt with option 24 and finally I turned off two factor authentication. It was tricky, but now I'm back in.

i used private browser and other browsers and VPNs, i tested all and it still refuse to connect

and i closed the ssh login with password so i can't login to ssh also
