Incorrect file permission on creation of new file and folder vis file explorer

after upload or download file zip. after extract/uncompress file zip, it always chmod 755 to folder and file with owner is root. it should be 644 for file and 755 for folder with owner is www

Ok, I have received your feedback.

I have this problem.
When the month turns, Wordpress creates a new folder with the name of the month to upload the files, it always creates as root and not www.
With that, the error when uploading and every month I have to access the panel and change the owner of the folder to get it working again. Is there any way to adjust this?

How to check? I used the terminal and when I create folders through the manager it creates it as a normal www, at the turn of the month the system has to create it automatically which it creates as root and forces me to change the owner manually.

try it is recommended to create a shell command in cron to run every day. Set the permissions of the www user to the relevant directory
sudo chown -R www:www /www/wwwroot/xxx.com/wp-content/uploads
