I have just installed a new panel. I am using Apache and php on Centos 7. I configured the mail server correctly, it seems that the correct ports are open on the security side.
I use rainloop as webmail. When I do a test on the admin side, it is successful only when I type localhost in the server part. If I type a domain name in the form of mail.example.com or enter the ip address of my server, it will not be successful. It is valid for both imap and smtp. I could not find what the problem was. I want to send an email from an external client and I can't use localhost there. When I use phpmailer it doesn't even error, directly the 503 response code. Anyone have any ideas?

In addition, the following error logs of the mail.xxxxxx.com domain name are generated:

I had previously installed aapanel on centos 7 again. So I know a little about how to set it up correctly on the mail server. But in the previous installation I was using nginx. Now I installed apache to use apache. I am not familiar with server configuration. Thank you very much for any help.
Note: I installed the server by choosing compiled instead of the fast option. Likewise other necessary setups. Maybe it might be related?
