darkbee101 Hello, the CA certificate provider cannot connect to the server where your domain name is located. Can the server where your domain name is allowed to access from the Internet?
I get the same error on all my websites. Yes this URL can be accessed internally on our LAN, externally on the Internet as well as from the ubuntu server running aapanel. Did you manage to resolve this?
aaP_scott_thompson Screenshots are recommended. The picture above shows that the ca provider cannot connect to the website. It is recommended to check whether the US region is prohibited from accessing? If file verification cannot be used, it is recommended to use dns for verification
Thanks very much for that, you were totally correct my FAAS was only allowing local country IP addresses so I resolved that and now all SSL certs are being created just fine. Only been using aaPanel for a few days but loving it so far. Cheers
