VirgilioMacero Hello i have a raspberry pi 4 B and i can't connect to aapanel with my public ip, i tried opening the ports from the router to see if that was the problem but it was'nt, the thing is that in my local network works. what should i do ?
aaPanel_Kern VirgilioMacero Hi, can you ping the network? Is the nameserver set? ping brandnew.aapanel.com View nameserver: cat /etc/resolv.conf
VirgilioMacero aaPanel_Kern i tried looking at that but the system says its ok and i can ping this domain brandnew.aapanel.com i will give some photos of the config
aaPanel_Kern VirgilioMacero Take a screenshot of the command execution: curl -v https://brandnew.aapanel.com
aaPanel_Kern VirgilioMacero Hello, you should have no mapping pair. Use this website to scan ports. https://dnschecker.org/port-scanner.php
aaPanel_Kern VirgilioMacero Check if your panel uses port 8888, or if there is a service using this port. Check what your external IP is. Check whether the mapping done is correct. Can't give the correct answer without using this network device
VirgilioMacero aaPanel_Kern, In the end, it was my ISP (Internet Service Provider) that could not let me open the ports and my public IP was somehow Private but I called and they solve it and if someone is through what I am my ISP is (Entel Chile)
